Breathing Hearts

Our hearts, like all of life, expand and contract. In this flowing practice we bow to the infinite intelligence of our breathing hearts.

Our hearts are alive, breathing, opening and closing, expanding and contracting – just like every cell of our bodies, just like life itself from micro level to macro level. In this practice combining flowing and resting asanas we surrender the mind and bow to our breathing nature. If we listen without interfering or needing to change anything, what are our hearts really saying?

This session is an opportunity to tune into the heart’s wisdom and be guided by the infinite intelligence that is breathing inside all of us.

BodySong Dance Journey

Be moved by the song of your heart. Let’s wake up our hips and enliven our spines to allow the medicine of our hearts to flow through us.

Be moved by the song of your heart. Let’s wake up our hips and enliven our spines to allow the medicine of our hearts to flow through us. This session is open to all levels and weaves between structured ‘movement melodies’, guided improvisations, and dancing prayers. We will connect in and connect out, create new possibilities, surrender to the rhythm, and make our bodies available for our fullest, most honest expression of the moment.
