Mindfulness meets asana in this fusion of meditation and Ashtanga vinyasa. Incorporate Zen awareness into your practice in this two-hour session. Become a real-life Jedi by tuning into body, breath, and the present moment while deepening your asana practice.
Offering a combination of both yin and yang, the workshop will feature a some fiery ashtanga-inspired practice as well as some deep stretching to help create a cohesive full-body workout. Doron will take time to workshop some more advanced poses, focus on transitions, and explore the breath with pranayama exercises.

Doron is a Certified 550 hour Yoga Teacher (ERYT), Director of The Doron Yoga School (RYS 200 and 500), and Founder and CEO of the Doron Yoga & Zen Center at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
His breadth of experience spans over 25 years and includes studying under Ashtanga founder Pattabhi Jois, among other prominent Ashtanga teachers. He is also a long-time student of Zen philosophy and meditation.
Doron’s teachings are based on the foundation of tradition with a practical and non-dogmatic way. His classes are strong, but go at a pace that allows lots of awareness and focus. He teaches with extreme detail, shares a lot of informative tips both for body and mind, and keeps the class flowing with a fun energy infused with humor.
